Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your unique woodcraft from Sanctified Woodcraft. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, subject to the conditions and exceptions listed below.

I. Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Time Frame: The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent transit damage.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

II. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a track able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

III. Important Exceptions (Final Sale Items) ⚠️

Due to the personalized nature of our craft, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or defect (see Section IV):

  1. Custom Orders: Any item that was personalized, custom-designed, or made-to-order based on customer specifications (e.g., custom sizes, specific engravings, unique material requests).

  2. Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price or marked as "Final Sale."

IV. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, is defective, or is incorrect (i.e., we made an error in customization that differs from your approved design):

  • Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof: Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Our Solution: We will cover all costs associated with replacing, repairing, or providing a full refund for the item, including return shipping costs.
